This release is focused on making Windows export actually work, cutting recorder/editor overhead, and fixing a handful of ways the app could freeze or eat your desktop clicks.

- Export cut to two encode routes (Annex-B → ffmpeg stream copy, RGBA → ffmpeg hardware encode); MP4 muxing moved into Rust/ffmpeg
- Much faster export: frames read straight off the GPU, pipelined with fenced PBOs
- Export recovers from WebGL context loss and retries instead of a bogus "no WebGL" error
- Blocking export progress dialog with Cancel so the timeline can't be touched mid-export
- 30 or 60 fps capture picker (screen at 60, face-cam at 30), persisted between sessions, with an export warning when you request a higher rate than you captured
- Mic warm-up on select so Record no longer waits on Bluetooth open latency
- Smoother recorder bar drag and a working grip on the live HUD
- Capture frame buffers pooled and reused instead of allocating ~33MB per 4K frame
- WGC frames dropped before GPU readback, removing a staging copy that stalled high-refresh desktops
- Background jobs (proxy, camera track, thumbnails, captions) run below normal priority with bounded thread pools on Windows
- In-app updater toast with real download progress and Later/Update (editor/library only)
- Feedback dialog with contacts, plus rolling capptivo.log and warn-level errors.log (Open Error Log… from the tray)

- Windows: MP4 export no longer hangs forever on WebView2's hardware H.264 encoder — export probes with real frames and every wait has a watchdog
- WebM without a suitable encoder now errors clearly instead of silently writing an MP4
- Setup overlay no longer swallows every desktop click — click-through fails closed on every path
- macOS source picker freeze
- Windows area-guide freezes: crop-sized dashed border (excluded from capture) replaces the fullscreen dim overlay; Esc cancels; selection resets when the recorder hides
- Stop is no longer blocked by a wedged encoder — ffmpeg finalize timeout is reachable
- Playback stops when you drag the playhead or click the track
- Thumbnail/poster generation failing silently (MJPEG rejected the pixel format)
